Bright Minds Math Competition Club (MCC) is back! for the 2023-24 school year
**NEW PROCESS FOR ACCESSING MATERIALS AND RESULTS for MCC SESSIONS:
How does it work?
- In order to attend upcoming MCC sessions, students MUST work on the contest at home in advance and submit their answers prior to the session.
- It is OK to not answer a question if the student has no idea how to do it. The whole point of the kids solving ahead of time is for them to get familiar with the questions, and for the instructors to know which questions we should go over.
- Students can attend one level up or down based on their comfort level. They may join multiple sessions so long as they have submitted their answers for each session they wish to attend.
If you are a Bright Minds student:
- Login to your family portal, click “My Account” then “Current Courses/ Registrations”.
- Here you will find your child’s name and their BM Student ID number. Make note of this 5 digit number
- Click the link to the test your child will complete in the table below. This link will take you to Zipgrade (our new MCC training system)
- Enter the student name and their BM Student ID number in the “Zipgrade Student ID” field to access the MCC training contests as well as for future Math competitions put on by Renert Math.
If you are a Renert School Student: - The student ID you will use is the same as your Cafe student number. Make note of this 4 digit number.
- If you do not know your child’s Renert School Cafe Number please email tutoring@renert.com and it will be provided to you.
- Click the link to the test your child will complete in the table below. This link will take you to Zipgrade (our new MCC training system)
- Enter the student name and their CafeID number in the “Zipgrade Student ID” field to access the MCC training contests as well as for future Math competitions put on by Renert Math
After the session ends , we will publish a PDF with a unique ZIPGRADE ACCESS CODE that students will use to view their score

To check your results from the paper you practiced on:
- Go to the student portal: http://www.ZipGrade.com/student/. Select the LEFT side (Login to Student Portal)
- ZipGrade Student ID: 5 digits number - the same you used to take the test
- Student Access Code: NEW! - this code will be the same for each time you access the portal.

- The ZipGrade Student Portal allows your teacher to schedule quizzes and post results to a secure location. Do not share your credentials with other students.
- Click on the link at the Student Portal.
